I am passionate about client-centred care. Through my work, I aim to empower my clients to build a positive relationship with food & with their bodies through healthy habit formation, flexibility and continuous learning & growing. I do NOT promote dieting behaviours, restrictive food rules or eliminations,​ or “good” versus “bad” food.

Instead, I encourage eating for well-being and encourage good nutrition overall because it FEELS good rather than because of any moral value.

Megan

My approach to health is integrative - looking not only at diet, but movement, mental health and social well-being.

I do not believe in attaining health through restrictive diets, but rather through discovering a balance that makes your body and mind feel good and supports overall health. When working with me, I will help you create comfortable habits that feel rewarding and sustainable, rather than fostering unpleasant food-rules that do not fit your lifestyle or preferences.

That is not wrong or anything to feel guilty for!

We work with you to find ways to actually satisfy emotional hunger (with and without food)  and address the root causes of emotional eating and binge eating.
